Kaia is an experienced investment executive, having spent over a decade in asset management and banking related roles. She is currently the Chief Investment Officer at CrediLinq.Ai, responsible for managing the embedded lending portfolio, establishing partnerships well as capital raising activities. Ms. Parv was previously the Head of Investment Research at a European brokerage house. She gained experience in private credit working for a Singapore based US$ 1.3 billion credit hedge fund, overseeing a US$ 250.0 million portfolio. She also spent six years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various roles in investment banking, global markets and operations. Ms. Parv holds a degree from Estonian Business School and is a CFA® charterholder.

Emile de Marsac is an Associate Director at Henley & Partners, the global leader in residence and
citizenship by investment. He focuses exclusively on advising high-net-worth individuals and their families on residence and citizenship planning. Emile is responsible for overseeing the Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar markets for Henley & Partners, working closely with key intermediaries in each of these countries including established private banks, family offices, tax advisors and law firms. Originally from the United Kingdom, Emile holds a Bachelor of Science from Loughborough University (UK). He has been based in Thailand since 2009, during which time he has worked in senior business development roles for public companies in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Supanwongse (Dean) is HSBC Thailand’s Director and Country Head of Global Payments Solutions (GPS). He initially joined HSBC Thailand in 2018 as Senior Vice President, TH Country Head of Sales – Global Liquidity & Cash Management (GLCM) before being promoted to his current role. Prior to joining HSBC, Dean was with Citi for 12 years in a variety of roles including operations, account management, product management, and sales in Direct Custody & Clearing, Markets & Securities Services, and Treasury & Trade Solutions in both Bangkok and Singapore. Dean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Science from Mahidol University International College graduating with First-Class Honors and a Master’s degree in International Business and Law from the University of Sydney with Distinction.
